Litigation Capital Management enters run-off after A$166 million annual loss
Litigation Capital Management ($LIT) will stop making new investments and manage its existing portfolio to conclusion after a strategic review produced no transaction. The litigation funder reported an annual loss of A$165.7 million and net liabilities of A$53.6 million, compared with net assets of A$114.4 million a year earlier.
