Cheniere raises full-year cash-flow guidance as LNG capacity supports earnings
Cheniere Energy ($LNG) raised its 2026 adjusted EBITDA forecast to $8.75–9.25 billion from $7.9–8.4 billion. Expected distributable cash flow increased to $6.05–6.55 billion from $5.3–5.8 billion. The higher ranges follow third-quarter 2026 revenue of $6.17 billion, net income attributable to shareholders of $1.17 billion, adjusted EBITDA of $1.90 billion and distributable cash flow of $1.23 billion.
Expanded liquefaction capacity supports the operating outlook, although completion of the Corpus Christi Stage 3 project occurred earlier and is background to this update. Cheniere also raised its quarterly dividend by more than 12% to $0.625 per share and disclosed $731 million of quarterly repurchases. Distributable cash flow is a company-defined non-GAAP measure, so the raised forecast should not be read as an equivalent increase in accounting profit.
