LuxExperience improves quarterly profitability and sets growth outlook

LuxExperience ($LUXE) reported fourth-quarter sales of €653.6 million, up 6.1% on its illustrative comparison and 7.6% at constant exchange rates. Adjusted EBITDA reached €13.6 million, a 2.1% margin and the group’s third consecutive positive quarter on that measure. Cost reductions and improving performance across the acquired businesses supported the result.

For financial year 2027, management expects mid- to high-single-digit sales growth and an adjusted EBITDA margin of about 2–3%. The full-year statutory net loss remained approximately €167.7 million, so positive adjusted quarterly earnings do not mean the group has achieved annual bottom-line profitability. LuxExperience ended the year with €442.7 million in cash and cash investments and no bank debt, providing resources for its continuing integration and transformation program.
