Merit raises earnings guidance and discloses its completed Solo Pace acquisition
Merit Medical ($MMSI) raised its 2026 adjusted EPS forecast to $4.33–$4.37 from $4.25–$4.35 after third-quarter 2026 revenue increased 8.4% to $416.2 million. Organic growth at constant currency was 9%. Adjusted quarterly EPS rose 22% to $1.12, while reported EPS reached $0.70. The annual revenue range narrowed to $1.635–$1.642 billion, with a modestly higher midpoint.
Merit also disclosed that it had completed the purchase of Solo Pace’s remaining equity for approximately $45 million. It previously held about 18% and distributed the company’s temporary pacing systems for transcatheter heart-valve procedures. Full ownership expands Merit’s cardiac-therapy platform and control over those products. Management expects an immaterial effect on 2026 financial results; the acquisition was completed earlier in the month and is newly announced, rather than still awaiting closing.
