MedPal reports £1.83m of August New Health revenue; £28m annualised figure is not a forecast
MedPal AI published an August trading update on 7 September 2026.
Reported activity
New Health generated £1,828,319 revenue from 14,487 orders in August, its first full month of trading after marketing began in July.
That compares with £201,203 in July, an increase of approximately 809%. The company reports 16,051 purchasing customers from launch through 31 August.
Run rate versus revenue
Across its three revenue streams, management describes an approximately £28m annualised run rate. This is the latest monthly revenue multiplied by twelve, explicitly not a forecast or already earned annual revenue.
New Health alone accounts for approximately £21.9m of that annualised amount.
What to assess next
The update demonstrates rapid early commercial expansion, but starts from a small base. The key questions are repeat purchasing, customer-acquisition spending, dispensing economics and cash generation.
Margins quoted for NHS dispensing or software should not automatically be applied to New Health's weight-management revenue. Future results are needed to establish how the growth translates into group profit.
