Micron posts record sales and forecasts another sequential increase
Micron ($MU) reported fiscal fourth-quarter revenue of $54.23 billion, up from $41.46 billion in the preceding quarter and $11.32 billion a year earlier. Adjusted earnings reached $33.42 per share, while GAAP EPS was $32.87. Operating cash flow totaled $43.97 billion, reflecting the scale of the memory maker’s current sales and profitability expansion.
For the first quarter of fiscal 2027, Micron forecasts revenue of $61.5 billion, plus or minus $1.5 billion, and adjusted EPS of $38.15, plus or minus $1.00. Management links its outlook to AI-related demand and strategic customer agreements while increasing technology and manufacturing investment. The new guidance implies further sequential growth, but remains prospective; it does not eliminate execution, spending or demand risks associated with expanding capacity.
