NANO Nuclear outlines AI-infrastructure collaboration with IP3 and Cybernetic

NANO Nuclear ($NNE), IP3 and Cybernetic Intelligence disclosed a letter of intent to explore nuclear-powered AI, computing and other infrastructure projects in the United States and selected international markets. The framework names NANO Nuclear as a preferred provider of reactor technology, fuel and related services, pairing those capabilities with project-development and AI-infrastructure expertise from the other partners.

The letter was executed earlier and is nonbinding and nonexclusive. Any project would still require due diligence, financing, regulatory approvals and definitive agreements. No project price, reactor order or committed power-purchase volume was announced. The disclosure therefore opens potential commercial channels for technology under development, but should not be counted as a secured construction backlog or guaranteed future revenue.
