NETSOL posts record revenue and forecasts further double-digit growth

NETSOL Technologies ($NTWK) reported fiscal 2026 revenue of $74.4 million, up 12.5% and above its $73 million outlook. Subscription and support revenue increased 8.7% to $35.8 million, while gross margin expanded to 52.6%. Operating income reached $6.9 million, and operating cash flow improved sharply to $13.9 million from approximately $400,000 a year earlier.

For fiscal 2027, the software company projects revenue growth of 13%–16%, gross margin of around 50% or better, and growth of 15%–25% in consolidated adjusted EBITDA. These are forward-looking targets rather than achieved results. The stronger cash generation improves financial flexibility, but investors should distinguish consolidated profitability from earnings attributable to NETSOL shareholders: attributable net income for fiscal 2026 was approximately $2.95 million, or $0.25 per diluted share.
