Novartis’ DM1 trial misses its primary endpoint
Novartis’ ($NVS) del-desiran failed to show a statistically significant improvement on the primary endpoint in the Phase III HARBOR trial for myotonic dystrophy type 1. The company will continue analysing the data and discuss next steps with regulators. Shares in Dyne ($DYN), Sarepta ($SRPT) and PepGen ($PEPG) also fell as investors reassessed related approaches.
