Oxford Metrics names Stefan Lampa as incoming CEO and establishes interim leadership

Oxford Metrics announced a chief-executive transition on 7 September 2026.

Stefan Lampa is expected to join as CEO and director in early December 2026, subject to regulatory due diligence and UK work-authorisation requirements.

Imogen O'Connor steps down as CEO immediately. Chair Gary Bullard becomes interim CEO during the transition. O'Connor will support projects during 2026 and subsequently provide consultancy support.

Lampa's background includes leadership roles at ProGlove, KUKA, ABB and Kalmar.

The incoming CEO brings industrial automation and technology experience relevant to Oxford Metrics' motion-capture and vision-metrology businesses. The interim arrangement also places the chair in an executive role until the new appointment takes effect.
