OPmobility signs binding agreement for Hyundai Mobis lighting business
OPmobility ($OPM) signed an agreement to acquire all of Hyundai Mobis’ lighting activity at an enterprise value of KRW600 billion, approximately €390 million using the exchange rate specified by the company. The business recorded about KRW2.5 trillion, or €1.6 billion, of annual revenue and a positive operating margin.
