Everpure sets preliminary fiscal 2028 revenue target above $7 billion

Everpure ($P) outlined preliminary fiscal 2028 revenue expectations of $7.0–7.3 billion, representing projected growth of 39–45%. It also targeted non-GAAP operating income of $1.7–1.9 billion, up approximately 80–100%. The forecasts reflect management’s expectations for an expanding business model across core infrastructure, modern data, large-scale AI and hyperscale customers.

The company reaffirmed its nearer-term fiscal 2027 outlook for revenue of $5.03–5.07 billion and non-GAAP operating income of $940–960 million. It expects businesses beyond its core offering to represent roughly 20% of revenue by fiscal 2030. These are forward-looking financial and mix targets, not disclosed purchase commitments or completed sales. The distinction matters because the projected acceleration depends on successful execution and customer adoption.
