Nvidia and Palantir extend sovereign AI into critical supply chains

Nvidia ($NVDA) and Palantir ($PLTR) announced a collaboration to bring sovereign AI capabilities to critical supply chains. The approach combines customized Nvidia Nemotron open models with Palantir’s enterprise architecture, allowing organizations to work with sensitive operational information while retaining control over their data and deployment environment. Nvidia’s own supply chain is an initial application of the collaboration.

The companies position the offering for organizations that need AI grounded in their internal processes rather than isolated, general-purpose chat tools. Deployment can be adapted to cloud or on-premises requirements, depending on the customer’s operating and governance needs. The announcement extends a commercial technology relationship, but it does not disclose a new contract value, committed customer spending or an earnings forecast. Sovereign deployment describes control and architecture, not a blanket regulatory certification.
