Polar Capital sets out board and committee succession ahead of its AGM
Polar Capital announced changes to its board on 7 September 2026. Appointments Fiona Fry and David Melvin will join as non-executive directors after the 24 September AGM. Fry brings regulatory, compliance and risk experience from financial-services and advisory organisations. Melvin's experience includes corporate finance, investment banking and investment businesses.
