Permanent TSB: court-sanction hearing set for the proposed BAWAG acquisition
Permanent TSB updated the timetable for its proposed acquisition by BAWAG on 7 September 2026. Dates and outstanding conditions The Irish High Court sanction hearing is scheduled for 11am on 27 October 2026, with a case-management hearing on 12 October. The transaction was announced on 14 April and received the required shareholder approvals on 30 July. Court sanction and regulatory approval remain outstanding.
