Hyperliquid Strategies expands buyback authorization to $100 million

Hyperliquid Strategies ($PURR) increased its stock repurchase authorization from $30 million to a maximum of $100 million and extended the program’s expiry from December 5, 2026, to October 31, 2027. Approximately $72 million remains available under the expanded authorization. The decision gives management substantially more capacity to buy back the company’s Nasdaq-listed shares as part of its treasury strategy.

Purchases may be made in the market, through private agreements or by other permitted methods. Management retains discretion over timing, prices and volumes, taking account of market conditions and legal requirements. The authorization therefore represents potential capital deployment, with no commitment to spend the full remaining amount. Hyperliquid Strategies, whose treasury business focuses on the HYPE token, can suspend, extend or discontinue the program without advance notice.
