Quantum Computing Inc. signs a three-year technology framework in Qatar

Quantum Computing Inc. ($QUBT) signed a three-year framework agreement with Hamad Bin Khalifa University in Qatar. The collaboration covers quantum computing, sensing and communications, combining research and training with work on potential industrial applications. The planned activities include cloud access to QCi’s Dirac-3 system and a future installation in Qatar.

The local installation is planned, not confirmed as commissioned and operating. The parties also intend to develop joint research, executive education and application-development initiatives. No fixed contract value or minimum revenue commitment was disclosed in the announcement. The framework establishes a route for collaboration and deployment, but it does not demonstrate commercial quantum advantage or guarantee that the proposed applications will become revenue-generating products.
