Radiant Logistics increases quarterly revenue 18.5% and net income 53%

Radiant Logistics ($RLGT) reported fiscal fourth-quarter revenue of $261.4 million, an increase of 18.5%. Net income rose 53.1% to $7.5 million, while adjusted EBITDA increased 31.6% to $10.4 million. Diluted earnings reached $0.15 per share, up from $0.10. Growth in US forwarding and international airfreight helped support the stronger result.

The company ended the year with approximately $25.6 million in cash and $25 million drawn on its revolving facility, leaving it with essentially no net debt rather than no gross borrowings. It also disclosed an extension of its $200 million revolving facility through 2031. The reported results demonstrate improved quarterly profitability; the financing arrangement provides liquidity but is not revenue or a guarantee of continued earnings growth.
