GAAP net earnings rose 22% to $485 million, while adjusted earnings increased 15% to $5.89 per share. Adjusted EBITDA reached $864 million, an increase of 7%, as the software and technology group expanded its recurring business base.
Management raised its full-year 2026 adjusted earnings forecast to $22.35–$22.40 per share from $22.15–$22.30.
