Sanofi raises annual outlook as Dupixent drives double-digit sales growth
Sanofi ($SAN-EURONEXT) increased its 2026 outlook to low-teens sales growth and mid-teens growth in business earnings per share, both at constant exchange rates. Third-quarter 2026 sales reached €14.44 billion, increasing 14.3% on that basis. Dupixent revenue climbed 34.8% to €5.7 billion, while recently launched medicines generated €1.4 billion, up 31.4%. Business EPS reached €3.55, rising 19.6% at constant rates.
Growth was uneven across the portfolio: vaccine sales fell 6.6% to €3.2 billion, reflecting anticipated timing effects in respiratory prevention. Research spending remained broadly stable, and selling and general expenses declined 0.9%, helping earnings outpace sales. Reported IFRS EPS was €2.52, below the adjusted business measure. The upgraded forecast describes expected full-year performance, and currency movements can still change the growth reported in euros.
