Savannah starts final pre-construction drilling at Barroso and adds a local partnership
Savannah Resources updated the Barroso lithium project on 7 September 2026. Technical programme Two rigs are operating on geotechnical investigation and groundwater-monitoring installations. Additional rigs are expected, with the current programme planned to take approximately four weeks. The data will support detailed designs for reservoirs, tailings storage, waste facilities, roads and earthworks.
