Sandisk posts another revenue jump and announces an eight-for-one stock split
Sandisk ($SNDK) generated fiscal first-quarter 2027 revenue of $11.0 billion, up 23% from the preceding quarter. GAAP net income was $8.1 billion, or $52.60 per diluted share, while adjusted EPS reached $49.51. The company attributed its performance to strong product demand, particularly in data centers, and returned $5.0 billion through share repurchases during the quarter.
For fiscal second-quarter 2027, Sandisk expects revenue of $12.2–12.6 billion and adjusted EPS of $55–57. All these per-share figures are stated before the newly announced eight-for-one stock split. The additional shares are scheduled for issuance after the close on November 19, with split-adjusted trading expected the following day. The split increases the number of shares without changing investors’ proportional ownership; the operational development is the company’s forecast of further revenue expansion.
