Sartorius grows sales and cash flow while maintaining its annual outlook
Sartorius ($SRT3) reported sales for the first nine months of 2026 of €2.74 billion, up 4.9% as reported and 6.9% at constant currencies. Operational growth reached 8.1% after excluding compensation paid to US customers for tariffs. Those refunds reduced both revenue and costs by €31 million, without changing profit. Underlying EBITDA increased 6.9% to €828 million, and its margin improved to 30.2% from 29.7%.
Free cash flow rose 55.2% to €310 million, while net debt relative to underlying EBITDA declined to 3.33 times from 3.55 times at year-end. For 2026, management retained its expectation for operational constant-currency sales growth around the midpoint of a 5–9% range and an underlying EBITDA margin slightly above 30%. Laboratory growth is now expected near the top of its 4–6% range, with a laboratory margin slightly above 21%.
