Supernus and Indivior report sales growth ahead of their expected merger closing

Supernus ($SUPN) reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $226.8 million, up 18%, with Qelbree sales increasing 12% to $90.8 million and Onapgo contributing $17.1 million. Separately, merger partner Indivior ($INDV) posted revenue of $356 million, up 13%. Its Sublocade treatment generated $267 million, increasing 22%, supported by US dispensing growth as well as favorable pricing, mix and gross-to-net adjustments.

Indivior’s net income rose to $137 million from $42 million, and adjusted EBITDA increased 76% to $211 million. These are separate company results, not consolidated earnings for the planned combination. The merger remains uncompleted, with closing expected on November 2, 2026, subject to remaining conditions. Indivior retained its standalone 2026 guidance but said that outlook would cease to apply after completion, when the combined business would operate under Supernus.
