Uranium Energy raises quarterly output and lowers unit production costs
Uranium Energy ($UEC) produced 82,744 pounds of uranium across Christensen Ranch and Burke Hollow in its fourth quarter, up 157% from the preceding quarter. Reported total cost per pound declined 33% to $36.54. Annual output reached 229,294 pounds. Separately, sales of 400,000 pounds from inventory generated $37.3 million in revenue and $16.9 million in gross profit at an average realized price of $93.13 per pound.
The ramp-up reflects a shift toward operating multiple US mines, with Burke Hollow completing its first full production quarter. The company reported $753 million in liquid assets, including $495 million cash, and no debt. That liquidity figure also includes securities and uranium valued at market prices. Unit-cost measures are non-GAAP, and inventory sales should not be equated with uranium mined during the period. Conversion-facility development remains in licensing preparation.
