UFP plans $27 million Apache purchase to expand Gulf Coast pallet capacity
UFP Industries ($UFPI) announced a roughly $27 million purchase of Apache Products’ operating assets, including its real estate. Apache, which trades as Acme Skid, manufactures pallets in Silsbee, Texas. The business generates approximately $55 million in annual sales and has 165 employees.
