Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield strengthens leasing and keeps earnings guidance
Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield ($URW) reported 5.2% growth in tenant sales and a 2.2% increase in footfall over the first nine months of 2026. Shopping-centre gross rental income rose 3.8% on a like-for-like basis. New leasing achieved rental uplifts of 10.3% above indexed passing rents, while shopping-centre vacancy declined to 3.9%, an improvement of 1.4 percentage points from a year earlier.
Those operating gains supported unchanged 2026 guidance for adjusted recurring earnings of €9.15–9.30 per share. On an IFRS basis, reported turnover fell 2.2% to €2.23 billion, illustrating the effect of portfolio changes and other differences from like-for-like trading. The group also disclosed an agreement to acquire the remaining 50% of Metropole Zličín as part of capital recycling funded by additional disposals. Its annual earnings outlook assumes no major further deterioration in the economic or geopolitical environment.
