Americas Gold and Silver reports new drilling results at Idaho mines
Americas Gold and Silver ($USAS) released additional drilling results from its Galena, Coeur and Crescent properties in Idaho. The program combines infill work around known veins with newly identified mineralization. At Coeur, drilling extended one zone approximately 45 meters upward, while the company also reported additional veins near the historically mined Alhambra structure at Crescent.
One Crescent intercept returned about 1,891 grams of silver per tonne over an estimated true width of 1.3 meters. The company plans further drilling to define the extent of the discoveries and support an updated Crescent mineral-resource estimate in 2027. Individual high-grade intercepts do not establish the average grade or economic value of an entire deposit, and the announcement is not a new reserve estimate or a production-guidance increase.
