VIB fully lets GreenBiz Park Erding ahead of the final construction phases
VIB Vermögen announced on 7 September 2026 that GreenBiz Park Erding is fully let, after signing a long-term lease for the final available plot. Latest agreement A hotel operator has leased 2,960 square metres. The agreement follows July lettings covering 6,600 square metres of offices, a 5,500-square-metre hotel and an 11,000-square-metre industrial unit.
