Venture Life reports extended-period results and prepares founder-CEO handover

Venture Life ($VLG) generated £50 million of continuing-operations revenue and £7.9 million of adjusted EBITDA over its extended 17-month reporting period. On a comparable pro-forma basis, revenue rose 16%. Group profit after tax was £3.4 million, but included £7.2 million from discontinued operations, so it does not indicate a profit from the remaining business. Cash stood at £11.5 million with no borrowings.

The company is concentrating on consumer-healthcare brands after earlier manufacturing and brand disposals. Those transactions are background to the changed financial perimeter, not newly announced sales. Founder Jerry Randall will retire as chief executive at year-end, with chief financial officer Daniel Wells taking over on January 1, 2027. A search for a new finance chief is underway. The 17-month figures should not be compared directly with the previous 12-month reporting period.
