Verici Dx schedules launch of transplant-focused genetic test
Verici Dx ($VRCI) plans to launch TranscripTx in the fourth quarter as a genetic test designed specifically for organ-transplant recipients. The test uses next-generation sequencing of peripheral-blood RNA to identify variants that may inform treatment response and the longer-term risk of graft failure. It will be offered as a laboratory-developed test through the company’s CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited laboratory.
The panel uses AI-assisted gene selection and is designed to detect relevant RNA splice variants, extending the company’s existing diagnostics platform. The announcement establishes a product timetable rather than a completed commercial rollout, regulatory approval of a drug or evidence of improved transplant survival. Verici did not disclose pricing, reimbursement arrangements, initial orders or a quantified contribution to future revenue.
