Vertiv agrees to acquire KES to broaden liquid-cooling services
Vertiv ($VRT) agreed to acquire King Environmental Services, expanding its fluid-management capabilities for data centers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. KES provides services including commissioning and load testing that support the operation of liquid-cooled infrastructure.
