WTW expands Zurich relationship with global Radar agreement

WTW ($WTW) signed a new global agreement to deploy its Radar pricing and analytics platform across targeted markets in Zurich’s retail insurance business. The contract expands a relationship previously built through individual country deployments, bringing a more coordinated approach to pricing, portfolio analysis and decision-making.

Radar is intended to help insurance teams combine data, modeling and automated decisions, including the use of AI-supported analytical tools. The agreement is a customer deployment contract, not an acquisition of Zurich or a transfer of insurance underwriting risk to WTW. Financial terms and a complete implementation timetable were not disclosed. The global scope therefore describes the agreed framework; it does not establish that every targeted market has already completed its rollout.
