Xeros warns appliance-industry delays will push early revenue into 2027

Xeros Technology ($XSG) warned that appliance-industry pressures are extending partner development schedules and are likely to move some revenue expected in the second half into the first half of 2027. The company still reported operational progress, including the retail launch of its external microplastic filter in Germany and placements of denim-finishing machines in several major manufacturing markets.

First-half revenue increased 67.7%, but remained only about £0.1 million, while the adjusted EBITDA loss stayed at £1.6 million. Net cash outflow rose to £2.1 million. Cash was £3.5 million at the half-year end and £2.8 million at the latest reported update; the group remained debt-free. A proposed washing-machine platform could create a £25 million revenue opportunity, according to management, but that is a commercial ambition, not booked sales or firm guidance.
