AstraZeneca receives US accelerated approval for Etcamah in a defined breast-cancer setting
AstraZeneca announced US accelerated approval of Etcamah on 7 September 2026. Approved setting Camizestrant, combined with a CDK4/6 inhibitor, is approved for adults with HR-positive, HER2-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer when an ESR1 mutation is detected during aromatase-inhibitor plus CDK4/6-inhibitor treatment, using an FDA-authorised test.
