GetBusy raises ARR expectations as SmartVault growth accelerates

GetBusy released H1 results on 7 September 2026.

Revenue and profitability

Group annual recurring revenue reached £24m, up 12% at constant currency. Total H1 revenue was £12m, including £11.6m recurring revenue, both up 11% at constant currency.

Adjusted EBITDA rose to £0.6m from £0.4m, while gross margin declined to 85.8% from 87.5%. Net bank debt was £0.7m, with £2.3m available cash funds.

Product performance

SmartVault ARR grew 22% to $19.1m, supported by US tax-software integrations. Wórkiro ARR rose 1% year on year to £9.7m, with 41 Virtual Cabinet customers migrated during the half.

SmartProposal is targeted for a Q4 launch.

Outlook

Management expects group ARR ahead of market expectations in 2026 and 2027, with around 20% SmartVault ARR growth in 2026 and its EBITDA margin approaching 20%.

ARR measures a recurring revenue run rate, not revenue already recognised. The next test is conversion of growth and product launches into sustained operating cash generation.
