REGENXBIO reports three-year durability in diabetic-retinopathy study
REGENXBIO ($RGNX) presented three-year results from ALTITUDE, its Phase 2 study of sura-vec for diabetic retinopathy. Six of ten patients in the Dose 3 group who had reached the three-year visit showed an improvement of more than two steps on the specified retinopathy severity scale, without additional treatment or a vision-threatening event.
