VIB fully lets GreenBiz Park Erding ahead of the final construction phases

VIB Vermögen announced on 7 September 2026 that GreenBiz Park Erding is fully let, after signing a long-term lease for the final available plot.

Latest agreement

A hotel operator has leased 2,960 square metres. The agreement follows July lettings covering 6,600 square metres of offices, a 5,500-square-metre hotel and an 11,000-square-metre industrial unit.

Construction of these four projects is scheduled to begin in Q1 2027. The industrial building is due by year-end 2027 and the other buildings by mid-2028. Overall project completion remains planned for 2028.

What full letting means

Three industrial buildings totalling 55,400 square metres have already been completed and let. The new contracts reduce speculative letting exposure on the remaining development.

However, a 100% letting rate does not mean every building is complete or every lease is already generating full rental income.

The next tests are construction costs, delivery dates and lease commencement. No new rent roll, development profit or valuation figure was disclosed.
