Genmab reports mature survival data for petosemtamab in head and neck cancer

Genmab ($GMAB) reported median overall survival of 28.2 months with petosemtamab plus pembrolizumab in a Phase 2 study of previously untreated, recurrent or metastatic PD-L1-positive head and neck cancer. Genmab and Incyte agree colorectal-cancer combination trial

Genmab ($GMAB) and Incyte ($INCY) agreed to test a three-part treatment approach in previously untreated metastatic colorectal cancer carrying a KRAS G12D mutation. The planned Phase 1/2 study combines Genmab’s petosemtamab, an antibody targeting EGFR and LGR5, with Incyte’s experimental KRAS G12D inhibitor INCB161734 and standard chemotherapy.
