Insmed raises sales floors as Brinsupri revenue reaches $400 million
Insmed ($INSM) reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $524.4 million, with Brinsupri contributing $400.1 million, up 29% from the preceding quarter. Arikayce sales increased 9% from a year earlier to $124.4 million, helped by international demand.
