Insmed raises sales floors as Brinsupri revenue reaches $400 million
Insmed ($INSM) reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $524.4 million, with Brinsupri contributing $400.1 million, up 29% from the preceding quarter. Arikayce sales increased 9% from a year earlier to $124.4 million, helped by international demand. The company lifted its 2026 Brinsupri revenue range to $1.35–$1.40 billion from $1.25–$1.40 billion and raised Arikayce’s lower bound to $460 million from $450 million, retaining a $470 million ceiling.
The stronger commercial performance narrowed the quarterly net loss to $100.3 million from $370.0 million a year earlier. Research spending nevertheless rose to $270.0 million and selling and administrative expenses reached $253.0 million as development and commercialization expanded. Insmed held approximately $1.1 billion in cash and investments. The revised ranges are sales forecasts; the business remained loss-making despite its rapid revenue growth.
